A 20-gallon fish tank is the maximum size allowed in first-floor apartments only. Animals weighing over 35 pounds are permitted on the first floor and select floor plans only.

The following breeds, or any mix of these, are restricted from our communities: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Siberian Husky.
